Large wood cut made in Bristol by Clare Cutts, based on trees seen on her travels. Pine Row was spotted by the side of the road.

Laser cut wood, with signature to base.

Approx. 114cm x 45cm, comes boxed.

About the maker:

Clare Cutts makes her tree silhouettes in her studios in Bristol. Clare uses woodcuts to emboss her tree prints before printing them.

By winding the big woodcuts through a huge rollered press, the woodcuts then get pushed into wet paper and therefore imprint themselves onto the paper.

Clare is a member of Spike Print Studio, Bristol; a space for visual artists to explore & experiment with printmaking.
