Anne Massey

Anne Massey is a designer–maker creating handmade jewellery in recycled silver and 18ct gold, using the ancient hammering technique of anticlastic raising. Working from Brass Monkeys Studio in Hove, where she founded her practice in 2002, Anne focuses on making timeless, heirloom-quality pieces that bring lasting pleasure to the wearer. She welcomes projects that repurpose clients’ existing jewellery and continually pushes the design potential of her chosen technique.


Anne is a member of the Sussex Guild and is represented on the Crafts Council Directory, the Find a Maker directory, and Design-Nation.
