Rosie Lake

With a background in Illustration and traditional glass-blowing, Rosie’s creative journey has led her to an expressive and intuitive textile practice rooted in patchwork and collage. Working primarily with fabric offcuts and repurposed materials, her improvised compositions explore the dynamic interplay of shape, line, and texture—a lifelong fascination that runs through all her work. Drawing inspiration from both process and material, Rosie uses stitching as a form of drawing, combining elements of printmaking and textile layering to create richly tactile pieces.
