Susi Hines creates highly individual jewellery in gold and silver, working with gemstones and naturally coloured diamonds. Renaissance spherical forms, fractured surfaces and contrasting textures inform her designs, with engraving and etching bringing depth to the metal.

Movement and discovery are central to her work: hidden catches and intricate mechanisms allow pieces to be worn in different ways. Apprenticed in Mayfair, Susi established her North Essex studio in 2008 after teaching jewellery, drawing and design in London.
