Silversmithing Jewellery - Beginners Sunday Afternoon - Starts 14th September

12 Weeks 14/09/25- 14/12/25, no session on 28/09/25 or 02/11/25 - half term 

Description:

Discover the joy of designing your own beautiful handcrafted jewellery using traditional techniques to pierce, form, texture and solder.

Over the terms beginners will learn how to create their own beautiful silver jewellery, using silver wire and sheet, starting with rings, pendants and earrings, with plenty of opportunity to practice/experiment in copper too.

Attendance on this course also offers the opportunity of priority booking onto the following term's course.

Our friendly, purpose built studio is centrally located and courses are taught in small groups, of up to five students to enable creative and enjoyable learning.

No previous experience required - perfect for complete beginners as well as those with some prior experience.

18 years old and over.

Our beginners’ course fee includes a predetermined quantity of silver, sufficient to create the projects taught.

Please note; This is an adult workshop. However, provided they are accompanied by a ticket holding adult who assumes responsibility and deems it suitable for them, 16-17 year olds are welcome to attend.
